Type A refers to students who:
have passed all compulsory subjects;
And have obtained at least 19.5 credits of selective subjects;
And have obtained 6 credits from the following two subjects----- Briefs of China1 and Chinese Culture.
Type B refers to students who:
have failed compulsory subject(s);
Or obtained less than 19.5 credits of selective subjects;
Or obtained less than 6 credits from the following two subjects-----Briefs of China1 and Chinese Culture.
Provisional Certificate (Fill the format, print it out and hand in)
*Type B students are not allowed to do internship outside Ningbo. And they cannot apply for Provisional Certificate until they reach the requirement of Type A.
Work Flow for Internship Arrangement in 2022
Before April 27th: Internship registration by sending Internship Application Form in the attachments
Type A Students should send the following material to the email address (1159609684@qq.com) and name the email title “student ID+student name”:

Before April 12th: Upload Degree Photo to the designated group file folder

As for the students in Ningbo, you must take degree photo in designated studio (思思照相馆) . Please hand in 4 hard copies and save the soft copy (name this electronic photo “Full Student Name+ Student ID”). Put the 4 hard copies in a small bag and write your “Full name + Student ID + Passport No.” on the back or in a piece of paper and hand it to the office 102 of School of Medicine; As for the students outside China, please refer to the below photo requirement and take degree photos as required. You must name your electronic photo “Full Student Name+ Student ID” and then upload it to the designated group file folder before May 6th.
Photo requirement:
Pixel: width: 110-380 Height: 150-570
Format: JPG
Background: Blue
Clothes: Better in light color (such as wearing white shirt)
The photo is a necessity for degree registration. Do not take it arbitrarily.
Transcripts in Chinese and English (Print out them from the Auto-printing Machine and hand in both)
Internship Application Form
You must make a certain decision whether to do internship in Ningbo or in your nationality country. Once you hand in the form, you cannot change anything.
Write the degree name in the order you want and in full spelling which is exactly the same as is in your passport.
Do remember to sign at the bottom.
October Group internship
If students choose to do internship in Ningbo from October, 2022, you have to inform Miss Lv before August 24th in case we don’t have enough time to arrange you as interns.
October Group does not have the chance to choose internship hospital. All of them will be arranged by School of Medicine.
Additional Remark: for the students outside China, if you want to do internship in Ningbo, please wait for the updated arrangement when you come back; if you decide to do internship in your own country, you can apply for independent internship and finish registration by filling out the attached form “Registration for 2017 batch independent interns in 2022” in the DingTalk group (2017MBBS) as required when your internship arrangement outside China is confirmed.
