宁波大学2020年秋季学期国际学生网上报到开始
亲爱的国际学生们：
宁波大学网上报到系统填报已经开启，所有宁波大学的学生均须完成网上报到，在华的国际学生网上注册报到申请得到批准后，请于规定日期到校完成线下报到。
在华新生线下报到时间：2020年9月10日-11日
在华老生线下报到时间：2020年9月11日
Online Registration for Intl Students in the Fall Semester of 2020 Has Begun
Dear students,
The Ningbo University Online Registration System is now live. All International students (including freshmen) have to complete the registration process on the system as detailed in guide below. Students in the Mainland of China are expected to return to school and register with their faculty as well according the schedule herein.
On campus registration for freshmen in Mainland of China:
Sep. 10th, 2020-Sep.11th, 2020
On campus registration for current students in Mainland of China:
Sep.11th, 2020
New Students Registration Procedure
a) Students in Mainland of China:
i.Pay your tuition and registration fees before September 9th 2020 at 10:00 AM
ii.Apply for Ningbo Health Code on WeChat or Alipay before 15:00, September 9th 2020.(See: NBU International Students to Apply for "Ningbo Health Code" Operation Guide)
iii.Log in to the online registration system at//is.bctuijian.com:8080/isms to verify your personal information and register before 15:00 September 9th 2020.
iv.Follow the Ningbo University Enterprise account on wechat and apply for a campus E-Pass. (See: Application Procedure for NBU --- Campus E-Pass).Deadline: September 9th, 2020 at 15:00
v.Create an account on the Student Daily Health Status Declaration system before 15:00 on September 9th 2020.
vi.Follow the “国务院客户端”account on wechat a click on “Epidemic prevention travel card”, print the record for the recent 14 days.
vii.Prepare your Passport, a copy of your passport information page, a copy of your latest visa, JW202/JW201 form (the yellow one), a copy of the JW202 form, Admission notice, Passport Size photo, tuition payment receipt (original).
viii.If applicable, prepare your COVID-19 test results. (For students have visited high risk areas such as Urumqi and Lufeng in recent 14 days)
b) Students outside Mainland of China:
i.Contact the Office of International Student Admissions before 15:00 on September 9th 2020 and confirm completion of tuition payment.
ii. Log in to the online registration system at//is.bctuijian.com:8080/isms to verify your personal information and register before 15:00 September 9th 2020.
Current Students Registration Procedure
a) Students in Mainland of China:
i.Confirm that you have a Ningbo Health Code on WeChat or Alipay before 15:00, September 10th 2020
ii.Confirm that you have a NBU Campus E-Pass
iiiConfirm tuition fee payment with your faculty before 15:00 on September 10th 2020.
iv.Log in to the online registration system at//is.bctuijian.com:8080/isms to verify your personal information and register before 15:00 September 10th 2020.
v.Declare health information every day on the Student Daily Health Status Declaration system and submit the records in recent 14 days.
vi.Follow the “国务院客户端”account on WeChat a click on “Epidemic prevention travel card”, print the record for the recent 14 days.
vii.If applicable, prepare your COVID-19 test results. (For students have visited high risk areas such as Urumqi and Lufeng in recent 14 days)
b) Students outside Mainland of China:
