Dear Medical School international students in Mainland China,

  On May 6,2020,International students in Mainland China will be allowed to return to Ningbo University.

1.Conditions for returning to the university

①Have a green “Health Code” in Alipay or Wechat.

②In the 30 days preceding your return, you should be in good health, have no fever, chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue, cough or related symptoms. Within the recent 14 days, no recent history of travel outside mainland China and no contact with recent returnees to mainland China, and no contact with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases.

③Approved by university after sending the NINGBO UNIVERSITY RETURN TO SCHOOL APPLICATION HEALTH STATUS DECLARATION FORM

If you or any of your family members or close contacts suddenly develops a fever, cough or related respiratory infections prior to your departure, please cancel your return to school plans and inform Suki soon.

2.Procedures for returning to the university

Step 1:

Please download and complete Application for return to university.The e-signature will be acceptable when you edit the form.Please send the form in PDF format to email address:[email protected] before 4:00pm,April 30,2020.The students who get approved will be allowed to apply for electronic pass.Medical School will return a letter by email whether you get approved or not on May 1.

Step 2:

Please follow the Ningbo University Wechat for Enterprise Account and apply for electronic passes.(Please see the attachment Application for electronic pass for more details).Please finish it before 1:00pm,May 5,2020.

Step 3:

You are advised to wear masks,keep social distance and wash your hands frequently.Students can enter university through north gate or south gate.Please take your green “Health Code”,passport,student brown book,student ID card and e-pass with you for checking.

Note:The students who have dorm in campus but stay out of campus should download,print out and complete Application for On-campus Residence for Current NBU International Student.Please finish the procedure based on the form and move back to dorm on May 6.The students who stay out of campus privately will be given warning or above punishment.

Step 4:

On May 6,2020, every student will be given a thermometer when you get to the reception of registration. All the students living on/off campus are required to take their body temperature twice a day (in the morning between 7 and 9 am and at night between 8 and 10 pm) and send the temperature records to Suki.Please stay on campus of Ningbo University or in Ningbo city after you come back. Travel to other cities will be restricted. If you do need to go, you have to apply first and obtain the permission from University.The students who are doing internship should report internship time and place to Suki every day.

3. Arrangement for registration

On May 6,2020,every student is required to finish new semester’s registration at office 306 of Medical School after entering university.The arrangement for registration as follows.To avoid gathering,please finish registration at office as scheduled.
